UNHCR Multi-Site Security, Access, & Energy Management
Lebanon & Jordan
Challenge
Managing physical security, rapid emergency response, and energy efficiency across high-traffic humanitarian facilities in two different countries. The client required a unified infrastructure that could handle complex access control, threat detection, and personnel tracking while seamlessly integrating with the building's energy and automation systems.
Solution
We engineered and deployed a fully integrated, centralized infrastructure. This included a complete security perimeter utilizing CCTV, intrusion alarms, and fire alarms, paired with advanced access control featuring speed gates, turnstiles, walk-through detectors, and time attendance tracking. To tie it all together, we implemented a centralized Building Management System (BMS), an Energy Management System, and a custom LockDown mechanism for immediate emergency sealing of the facilities.
Outcome
A highly secure, intelligent facility network with instant lockdown readiness, streamlined personnel tracking, and optimized energy usage, ensuring the safety and operational efficiency of UNHCR staff and operations across Lebanon and Jordan.
